Available only from Hammacher Schlemmer, this is the biofeedback device that attaches between your neck and shoulder and alerts you if you slouch. It monitors the upper trapezius and if it detects strain in the muscle fibers caused by slumping and poor posture, the device gently vibrates to alert you to sit or stand up straighter. The trainer pairs with a smartphone and uses a free iOS/Android app that tallies hours of good posture, tracks progress, and monitors battery life. Includes micro USB charging cable, carrying case, and three adhesive pads. 2 1/2" L x 1 1/4" W x 1/2" D. (4 oz.)
