Available only from Hammacher Schlemmer, this is the wicker lantern that casts light using an integrated solar-powered candle. Without the use of a standard solar panel, this lantern's candle converts the sun’s photons into electrons to charge its included AA rechargeable battery and power the candle's integrated LED, which flickers with the suggestion of a glowing flame. A wicker basket hanger ensconces the candle, allowing you to hang it on a wall or from a wire or rope stretched across a patio or deck. Built-in light sensor automatically turns LED on/off at dawn/dusk while the battery recharges via the sun during the day. 23 1/2" H x 15 3/4" Diam. Black, Natural, or White.
