Product Story
This is the solar-powered outdoor thermometer with an LCD screen that displays 2" high numbers easily read from a distance. The LCD's backlight turns on automatically at dusk to provide up to four hours of illumination for the screen. With a measurement range between -13º F and +158º F, temperature can be displayed by itself, in five-second alternate intervals with the time, or in intervals with the daily high/low temperature and time. It can also display either Fahrenheit/12 hour time or Celsius/24 hour time; adjusts for Daylight Saving Time. It conveniently stakes into the ground or sits on any flat surface using the included 5" diameter base. One AA battery powers the display while the solar panel powers illumination. 45" H x 7" W x 6" Diam. (2 1/4 lbs.)
