This pair of dumbbells can be quickly adjusted to weigh between 5 and 25 lbs., saving space by exchanging 10 dumbbells for two. Each dumbbell has eight 2 1/2 lb. chrome-plated steel plates that attach to each 5 lb. handle bar using an internal slider system. Turning the knob allows you to select any 2 1/2 lb. increment up to a total of 25 lbs.; unselected plates remain in the weight tray. The two weight trays secure to an included platform with an unobtrusive footprint of 23" L x 19 3/4" W. The platform elevates the dumbbells 22 1/2" off the floor, so they are easy to remove and replace during workouts. Each dumbbell's handlebar is knurled for an easy grip.
