This is the sparkling wine making kit that enables one to turn empty bottles into a bespoke bubbly. It includes the necessary ingredients to create five 750mL bottles of fizzy fermented vintage in as little as six weeks. One simply combines the kit’s vineyard sourced chardonnay grape juice with sparkling wine yeast, transfers the blend into existing bottles, then corks the sparkling vintage for future enjoyment. Comes with hydrometer, racking cane, airlock, five corks, five wire cages, and a sanitizing cleanser. Hand wash. 12" L x 9" W x 7 1/2" D. (8 1/2 lbs.)
