Product Story
This is the umbrella with a superhydrophic coating that repels water. Unlike common umbrellas with a standard nylon canopy that remains soaked even when rain has ceased, this unique unit is covered with a water repellent nanoscopic glaze that keeps the surface of the canopy up to four times drier. A press of the spring-activated auto-open button expands the steel shaft and opens the canopy; a second press closes the 43" diameter canopy. Its compact design and included nylon sleeve enable it to be conveniently stored in a purse or backpack when not in use. The umbrella is windproof up to 70 mph and features a pinchless runner, straight handle with ergonomic grip, and wrist strap. Black. Open: 21 1/4" L x 43" Diam. Closed: 11 1/4" L x 2" Diam. (13 oz.)
