These are the high-definition binoculars that deliver crisp images without the color distortion or lack of contrast common to lesser models. The BaK-4 fluorite glass of these lenses focuses all of the colors of the spectrum at nearly the same convergence point for maximum clarity and color accuracy, unlike ordinary lenses that distort colors like an off-register newspaper photograph. The binoculars' fully multi-coated 36mm objective lenses provide 10X magnification with an extremely wide field of view of 341' at 1,000 yards, yet can focus on objects as near as 6 1/2'. The patented water-repellant coating prevents exterior fogging, and reduces the amount of light scattered by rain and condensation, resulting in a clearer, brighter view. With a custom lens coating that maximizes the amount of available light, these lightweight binoculars are best suited for following movement in a bird sanctuary or on a sporting field.
