The Take Off and Landing Flight Trainer Plane

This 1/10th scale electric plane can taxi and take off under the power of its twin engines, unlike typical beginning remote control planes that need to be hand-launched. Designed for first-time flyers, the twin engines provide double the power for take-off, propel the plane up to 20 MPH (200 MPH scale speed), and facilitate easier steering when airborne. The two-channel transmitter controls climbing and descending, and uses thrust-vector steering, which guides the plane through turns by adjusting the amount of power to each engine, resulting easier flying. The plane flies up to five minutes before requiring a 30-minute recharge from its car adapter. Crafted from damage-resistant, plastic laminated foam wings, the plane has a 750' flying range and includes a 7.2 volt Ni-MH rechargeable battery and charger. Transmitter requires eight AA batteries.
