Giving a far more complete picture of your current level of health than weighing alone, body fat analysis tells you what percentage of your body mass is composed of fat. As you excercise and build muscle, overall bodyweight will increase, while total body fat percentage¿the more significant figure¿will go down. We tested a variety of body fat anaylsers, scoring them for accuracy, consistency, and ease of use, and this model emerged as the overall winner, with an accuracy that far outshone its competitors. We compared the results from this analysis to those obtained from a hydrostatic scale in a university laboratory. This model¿s average came within less than half of one percent of the hydrostatic scale reading; no other tested unit came nearly that close. The Best Tested Body Fat Analyzer can also store statistical information (age, gender and height) for two regular users, and generates a weight reading as well as a body fat reading.
