The Thermometer and Bird Feeder

This is the bird feeder with a thermometer on one side for checking the temperature while watching winged visitors. Combining ornithology with meteorology, the 24” L feeder hooks over a tree branch and holds 1 3/4 lbs. of seed, with feeding holes and perches on both sides for welcoming six birds at once. The thermometer stays protected and clean in a sealed chamber and ranges from -40° F to 120° F, with a parallel scale displaying the Celsius equivalents and large-print markings for easy reading from indoors. The weatherproof tube is made from UV-stabilized polycarbonate that will not yellow or crack, and the feeder’s frame and accents are constructed from corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum and finished with an elegant bronze patina.
