How do I invite friends and family to send messages to the box?

If you are the administrator of the box, you can invite others via email by selecting the "Invite People" option in the app's settings. This will send an invitation to a recipient to download the app and connect directly to your box. You can also provide recipients with your box's secret code, which will also allow them to connect with your box using the app.

How do I set up the box?

Connect your smartphone to the WiFi network shown on the box's screen (it will find the nearest WiFi network automatically) and follow the prompts on your phone. A detailed user guide is provided with full setup instructions.

How can I give this item as a gift to someone who lives far away?

Choose any of the following options:

1. Have it shipped directly to a recipient.
2. Have it shipped to yourself, follow the setup instructions to connect to your WiFi network, and send a message on it, but do not open the lid! Then, ship the box to your recipient. They can switch the box's WiFi network to their own and will receive your pre-loaded message.
