This is the Santa Claus figurine, designed by Painter of Light Thomas Kinkade, that carves a nativity scene with background narration by the renowned artist himself. The scene is sculpted from artist's polyresin and handpainted in meticulous detail, including the wrinkles on Santa's forehead, an overflowing bag of presents behind him, and the block of wood in his hand being transformed into one of the three magi. A flip of a switch invokes the famed artist's voice, who relates his own account of Christmas memories. Behind Santa, a miniature recreation of Kinkade's famous Victorian Christmas II can be illuminated by its gallery lamp. The Christmas tree has built-in multicolored LEDs nestled among the rich, green foliage that give off a twinkling evoking storied Christmases of yesteryear. The resin display is painted in a mahogany finish and has a brass title plaque. With a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity. Requires three AA batteries (not included). 10" L x 9 1/2" W x 10 1/2" H. (6 3/4 lbs.)
