Product Story

This is the chronograph made by the 106-year-old Swiss company Festina--the official timekeeper for the Tour de France--to commemorate the cycling world's most grueling event. Its bezel is shaped like the chainring on a bicycle with carbon fiber inserts, and the crown is housed in a bicycle chain link affixed to the #316 stainless steel case. Its precise timekeeping is provided by a Miyota movement--regarded as one of the world's best makers of quartz watch movements--and it has three additional sub-faces: a chronograph minute face, a chronograph 1/100 second face, and a 24-hour face. A magnified date window clearly displays the day of week, and the hour, minute, and second hands are all illuminated for use in the dark. A scratch-resistant stainless clasp secures the rubber and stitched-fabric band to the wrist. Sturdy mineral crystal face. Double O-ring gaskets provide water-resistance to 100 meters. 1 3/4" W x 1/4" H. (6 oz.)
