The Twin Motor Radio Controlled Catamaran

This is the radio controlled catamaran that has two 8-watt electric motors mounted under the stern in addition to a 19" sail, allowing you to operate it in calm waters with no wind up to 7 M.P.H. Made of durable polyethylene, the catamaran's two hulls give the craft its wide beam, resulting in a stable platform that will not capsize when a gust of wind fills the mainsail. A three-channel radio transmitter controls both motors independently, allowing you to move forward, backward, and turn the craft left and right; placing one motor in forward and the other in reverse results in tight 180 turns. The third channel raises or lowers the sail at the touch of a button. Three deck lights allow you to operate it in darkness. The on-board rechargeable battery provides 15 minutes of operation before requiring replacement; four hours are required for a full recharge using the included AC charger.
