Product Story
This is the barbecue smoker box that rests under a grill grate and generates flavor-enhancing smoke without producing flames. Unlike similar models that can occupy up to 1/3 of your grilling surface, this unit infuses smoky flavor from the bottom-up without requiring a single inch of cooking space. Its covered top keeps wood chips dry from juices while S-shaped vents on the sides allow just enough oxygen to produce smoke but not enough to generate flames. The smoker is made from durable 20-gauge 304 steel that allows placement atop hot coals or gas burners and it holds up to 60 cubic inches of wood chips. Includes a removable wooden handle and brackets that secure it in most grills. Smoker is dishwasher safe. 14" L x 2 1/2" W x 2 1/4" D. (2 1/2 lbs.)
