Product Story
This is the fire truck that extinguishes imaginary infernos with a working water hose from atop a ladder that extends 3 1/2' in the air. Made by Bruder, renowned German toymakers for 82 years, the 1:16-scale engine has an on-board 8-oz. reservoir that supplies water to its hose, which attaches to the 3 1/2'-tall ladder’s basket. Separate easy-to-turn cranks and knobs allow little hands to operate the hose reel, slewing/extending ladder, and water pump with confidence. Flashing lights, horn, siren, and engine sounds encourage imaginative play. Faithful details include a tilting hood that reveals a replica engine block, folding side-view mirrors, and four stanchions. Durable ABS construction. Ages 4 and up. Includes two AAA batteries. 28" L x 8" W x 11 1/2" H. (6 3/4 lbs.)
