Ideal for monitoring cholesterol intake, or tracking sugar consumption, the scale connects via Bluetooth to an Android or iOS device and uses a free app to record and store diet data. The app stores profiles of up to six users and contains the nutritional value (calories, proteins, carbohydrates, sugars, total fat, fiber, sodium, and cholesterol) of over 550,000 foods including 210,000 grocery items and 100,000 restaurant dishes. The tempered glass scale contains four sectioned zones that weigh food independently of the adjacent quadrants, enabling one to weigh an entrée and three sides at the same time.
