Unlike traditional sit-ups that strain the lower back, this is the abdominal exerciser that lets you simply pull your knees toward your chest. It allows you to perform a full-range abdominal crunch without the added challenge of supporting yourself in a Roman chair or having to lift your entire torso off the ground which can put pressure on your back. You sit forward as your knees and shins rest on a foam pad while your forearms rest on the armrest and hands grip the handlebars. As you crunch, the knee pad glides smoothly up the dual rails on nylon rollers and steel bearings. The seat can be adjusted to target your obliques on either side, simulating side planks or side crunches. Its frame is constructed of powder-coated 1 1/2" tubular welded steel. Casters allow effortless movement to your desired workout spot. A digital workout counter tracks repetitions. Supports users up to 350 lbs. Assembles easily.
