How is it Made?

Crafted using a secret (and patented) blend of seaweed paper, rice paper, and wafer paper, the edible catalog is printed on the world’s largest food-safe printing press located in Hamburg, New York. The text and images are carefully applied to each page using food-safe soy-based ink. Flavored to perfection, the edible pages are seasoned with 176 herbs and spices including ginger, cumin, cloves, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, garlic, dill, nutmeg, rosemary, paprika, celery salt, and exclusive ingredients such as Bowery-sourced basil leaves and HS Green dye number 5. Next, the patented pages are bound together using melted wax lips and licorice-rice staples, ensuring every inch of the catalog can be consumed. Available in both savory and sweet varieties, the catalog can be enjoyed by itself or used to top off your favorite appetizers, dinners, or desserts.

Institute Tested

In tests conducted by the Hammacher Schlemmer Institute, it was rated The Best Tasting Catalog of 2024. It has also been third party tested to ensure that the ingredients are vegan-friendly and non-GMO.
